सर्विसमैन के लिए जरूरी डिस्क्लेमर

ओटीपी दर्ज करके आगे बढ़ने पर यह माना जाएगा कि सर्विसमैन ने यह डिस्क्लेमर, पार्टनर पॉलिसी और नियम व शर्तें पढ़ और समझ ली हैं, और उन पर अपनी सहमति दी है।

मुख्य शर्तें

  • स्मार्ट वर्क सखा केवल ग्राहक और स्वतंत्र सर्विसमैन को जोड़ने वाला प्लेटफॉर्म है।
  • स्मार्ट वर्क सखा ग्राहक के काम के लिए सर्विसमैन का सीधा मालिक, ठेकेदार या काम की गारंटी देने वाला पक्ष नहीं है।
  • काम शुरू करने से पहले दर, भुगतान, समय, काम की सीमा, सुरक्षा और सामान का खर्च ग्राहक और सर्विसमैन अपने स्तर पर तय और पुष्टि करेंगे।
  • ग्राहक की मांग पर सर्विसमैन वैध आधार कार्ड, काम से संबंधित सरकारी सक्षम प्राधिकरण द्वारा जारी लाइसेंस, पहचान पत्र और अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेज दिखाने या उपलब्ध कराने के लिए बाध्य होगा।
  • ग्राहक और सर्विसमैन के बीच भुगतान विवाद, आर्थिक नुकसान, दुर्घटनावश नुकसान, शारीरिक चोट, संपत्ति का नुकसान, सुरक्षा समस्या, काम की गुणवत्ता की समस्या या किसी भी अन्य नुकसान के लिए स्मार्ट वर्क सखा / इसका मालिक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। यह बात लागू कानून के अधीन रहेगी।
  • शिकायत मिलने पर स्मार्ट वर्क सखा अपने स्तर पर जांच, चेतावनी, निष्क्रिय स्थिति या खाता बंद करने जैसी कार्रवाई कर सकता है, लेकिन स्मार्ट वर्क सखा किसी काम, भुगतान, सुरक्षा, दुर्घटना या नुकसान की बीमा या गारंटी नहीं देता।
  • प्रोफाइल के लिए वर्तमान लाइव फोटो जरूरी है और सर्विसमैन को सही जानकारी देनी होगी। गलत, झूठी या अधूरी जानकारी देने के लिए सर्विसमैन स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
  • गलत जानकारी या शिकायत मिलने पर प्लेटफॉर्म जांच, चेतावनी, निष्क्रिय स्थिति या खाता बंद करने जैसी कार्रवाई कर सकता है।
  • रेफरल reward के रूप में रेफर करने वाले व्यक्ति को Smart Work Sakha Coins मिलेंगे। हर सफल रेफरल पर 1 coin जमा होगा, जिसकी कीमत Rs 10 होगी। Coins को नकद, bank transfer या UPI भुगतान के रूप में निकाला नहीं जा सकेगा। जब रेफर करने वाले व्यक्ति के account में कम से कम 15 coins हो जाएंगे, तब वह 15 coins या 15 के गुणक में coins redeem कर सकेगा। Redeem होने पर coins की राशि Smart Work Sakha Wallet में जमा होगी, जिसका उपयोग केवल भविष्य के plan recharge के लिए किया जा सकेगा। रेफरल reward की पात्रता, स्वीकृति, रोक, अस्वीकृति, coin जमा, wallet जमा, redemption और इससे जुड़े किसी भी विवाद पर Smart Work Sakha / उसके मालिक का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगा। नकली रेफरल, duplicate registration, self-referral, misuse या policy violation की स्थिति में reward को रोका, अस्वीकार या वापस किया जा सकता है।
  • इस प्लेटफॉर्म से जुड़े किसी भी कानूनी विवाद का क्षेत्राधिकार केवल अजमेर जिला न्यायालय में होगा।

सर्विसमैन सहमति

मैं सर्विसमैन डिस्क्लेमर, पार्टनर पॉलिसी और नियम व शर्तों को पढ़ और समझकर सहमत हूँ। ओटीपी दर्ज कर आगे बढ़ना मेरी सहमति माना जाएगा।

Serviceman Disclaimer (English)

By entering the OTP and continuing, the serviceman confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer, partner policy, and terms and conditions.

Main Terms

  • Smart Work Sakha is only a platform that connects customers with independent servicemen.
  • Smart Work Sakha is not the direct employer, contractor, or service guarantee provider for customer jobs.
  • Before starting work, rate, payment, timing, work scope, safety, and material cost must be confirmed by the customer and serviceman at their own level.
  • On customer demand, the serviceman will be required to show or provide a valid Aadhaar card, work-related license issued by the competent government authority, ID card, and other required documents.
  • Smart Work Sakha / its owner will not be responsible for any payment dispute, financial loss, accidental loss, physical injury, property damage, safety issue, service quality issue, or any other loss between the customer and the serviceman, subject to applicable law.
  • On receiving a complaint, Smart Work Sakha may review the matter, issue warnings, mark a profile inactive, or block an account, but Smart Work Sakha does not provide insurance or guarantee for any work, payment, safety, accident, or loss.
  • A current live photo is required for the profile, and the serviceman must provide correct information. The serviceman will be personally responsible for any wrong, false, or incomplete information.
  • For wrong information or complaints, the platform may take action such as review, warning, inactive status, or account blocking.
  • Referral rewards will be given to the referrer in the form of Smart Work Sakha Coins. For every successful referral, 1 coin will be credited, and the value of 1 coin will be Rs 10. Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash, bank transfer, or UPI payout. Once the referrer has a minimum of 15 coins, the referrer may redeem 15 coins or coins in multiples of 15. After redemption, the coin value will be credited to the Smart Work Sakha Wallet and can be used only for future plan recharge. The decision of Smart Work Sakha / its owner regarding referral reward eligibility, approval, hold, rejection, coin credit, wallet credit, redemption, or any related dispute will be final and binding. In case of fake referral, duplicate registration, self-referral, misuse, or policy violation, the reward may be held, rejected, or reversed.
  • Any legal dispute related to this platform will be subject only to Ajmer District Court.

Serviceman Consent

I have read and understood the serviceman disclaimer, partner policy, and terms and conditions, and I agree to them. Entering the OTP and continuing will be treated as my consent.
