- वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक केवल ग्राहक और स्वतंत्र सेवा प्रदाता को जोड़ने का माध्यम है।
- इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा दी गई जानकारी ही उपलब्ध करवाई गई है। सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा दी गई जानकारी, अनुभव, पता, फोटो, कार्य-कौशल, उपलब्धता या अन्य विवरण का प्रमाणीकरण/सत्यापन वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक द्वारा नहीं किया गया है। ग्राहक सेवा लेने से पहले अपने स्तर पर जानकारी, पहचान, काम, कीमत और सुरक्षा की पुष्टि अवश्य करें।
- संपर्क, कॉल या व्हाट्सऐप करने पर ग्राहक का मोबाइल नंबर सेवा प्रदाता और रिपोर्ट में दिख सकता है।
- काम शुरू करने से पहले दर, समय, काम का दायरा, सामग्री की लागत, आने का शुल्क और भुगतान की शर्तें ग्राहक और सेवा प्रदाता सीधे आपस में पुष्टि करें।
- सेवा प्रदाता का पहचान पत्र, चित्र, कौशल, अनुभव, दस्तावेज, लाइसेंस या पंजीकरण जांचना ग्राहक की अपनी जिम्मेदारी है।
- काम के दौरान आकस्मिक नुकसान, टूट-फूट, हानि, चोट, जनहानि, सुरक्षा समस्या, देरी या गुणवत्ता समस्या के लिए ग्राहक और सेवा प्रदाता अपने स्तर पर जिम्मेदार होंगे।
- किसी भी वायरस, मैलवेयर, साइबर समस्या, मोबाइल, डिवाइस या डेटा नुकसान, लिंक, फाइल, कॉल, व्हाट्सऐप या एसएमएस से हुए किसी भी नुकसान के लिए वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। ग्राहक और सेवा प्रदाता अपनी डिजिटल सुरक्षा अपने स्तर पर रखें।
- सर्वर, इंटरनेट, नेटवर्क, मोबाइल सेवा, वेबसाइट, ऐप, व्हाट्सऐप, एसएमएस डिलीवरी, डेटा सिंक या किसी भी तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण संपर्क, रिपोर्ट, सेवा जानकारी या प्लेटफॉर्म उपयोग में देरी, गलती या असुविधा हो सकती है। इसके लिए वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक किसी सीधी आर्थिक जिम्मेदारी, मुआवजा, धनवापसी या नुकसान की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेते।
- वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक किसी भी सीधी आर्थिक गारंटी, मुआवजा, धनवापसी, मरम्मत खर्च या बीमा दावे का वादा नहीं करते।
- ग्राहक को काम पूरा और संतोषजनक होने के बाद ही भुगतान का निर्णय लेना चाहिए।
- वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक शिकायत मिलने पर चेतावनी, निष्क्रिय करने, बंद करने या समीक्षा की कार्रवाई कर सकते हैं, लेकिन कार्यस्थल पर किए गए काम की सीधी गारंटी नहीं देते।
- वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक समय-समय पर नियम और शर्तें, सुरक्षा नियम, सेवा शर्तें और नीति बदल सकते हैं। ग्राहक को नवीनतम नियम और शर्तें पढ़कर ही संपर्क या काम आगे बढ़ाना चाहिए।
- वर्क सखा / उसके मालिक से संबंधित किसी भी कानूनी विवाद के लिए केवल अजमेर जिला न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र रहेगा।

- The information displayed on this platform is provided by the service provider. Work Sakha / its owner has not certified or verified the service provider's information, experience, address, photo, work skill, availability, or other details. Customers should verify the identity, work details, price, and safety at their own level before taking any service.
- When the customer uses contact, call or WhatsApp, the customer's mobile number may be shown to the serviceman and in reports.
- Before starting work, the customer and serviceman must directly confirm rate, timing, work scope, material cost, visit charge and payment terms.
- Checking the serviceman's ID, photo, skill, experience, documents, licence or registration is the customer's own responsibility.
- During work, accidental damage, breakage, loss, injury, loss of life, safety issue, delay or quality issue will be the responsibility of the customer and serviceman at their own level.
- Work Sakha / its owner will not be responsible for any loss caused by viruses, malware, cyber issues, mobile, device or data loss, links, files, calls, WhatsApp or SMS. Customers and servicemen should maintain their own digital safety.
- Due to server, internet, network, mobile service, website, app, WhatsApp, SMS delivery, data sync or any technical error, there may be delay, mistake or inconvenience in contact, reports, service information or platform use. Work Sakha / its owner does not accept any direct financial liability, compensation, refund or loss responsibility for this.
- Work Sakha / its owner does not promise any direct financial guarantee, compensation, refund, repair cost or insurance claim.
- The customer should take the payment decision only after the work is complete and satisfactory.
- Work Sakha / its owner may receive complaints and take warning, inactive, block or review action, but does not give a direct guarantee for on-site work.
- Work Sakha / its owner may update the Terms & Conditions, safety rules, service terms and policy from time to time. The customer should proceed with contact/work only after reading the latest Terms & Conditions.
- Any legal dispute related to Work Sakha / its owner will be subject to Ajmer District Court only.
