Customers can request deletion of customer app or customer website data collected by Work Sakha.

This page applies to customer-side data such as disclaimer consent, contact activity, and customer feedback. It does not apply to serviceman registration accounts.

How To Request Data Deletion

1. Email helpdesk@worksakha.com.
2. Use subject line: Work Sakha Customer Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the customer mobile number used in the Work Sakha customer app or website.
4. Write which data you want deleted, or write “delete my customer app data”.

Data That Can Be Deleted

• Customer mobile number saved for disclaimer confirmation.
• Customer search, profile view, View Mob. No., WhatsApp, and contact activity.
• Customer feedback, rating, and review text linked to the provided mobile number.

Data That May Be Kept

Some records may be kept for a limited time if needed for legal requirements, fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, security, or business record keeping.

Processing Time

Work Sakha will review deletion requests and process eligible customer data deletion within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days after the request details are verified.
